On September 10th, chapter president Russ Collins presented Bob Pennell with a plaque recognizing his innumerable contributions to the Doc Fritchey Chapter of Trout Unlimited.
The presentation had the unanimous backing of the Officers and Board of Directors. Bob has served in every leadership position in the chapter over a couple of decades. He currently serves as the chapter’s Secretary and has done so for a good number of years.
The plaque reads as follows:
“In recognition of and appreciation for your many years of dedicated leadership and service to the Doc Fritchey Chapter of Trout Unlimited.”
