DESCRIPTION:CALL FOR VOLUNTEERS\n\n\n\nThe Doc Fritchey Chapter of Trout Unlimited will provide trash bags\, safety vests\, gloves and bottled water for volunteers. We split our volunteers into teams of two or three and walk along the shoulders of the highway\, some teams going uphill and others downhill. \n\n\n\nVolunteers pick up trash\, litter\, and assorted junk\, with the intent of keeping that human-generated trash out of Clarks Creek. \n\n\n\nWe will meet at the parking lot located 5 miles from the turn-off unto Clarks Valley Road\, if coming from the West. The parking lot is on a hill/raised area above the main road. There will be a sign marking the parking lot. \n\n\n\nWe never have enough volunteers\, so if you are interested in helping\, please contact Dennis Coffman by email at dcoffman@dftu.org to let him know

DESCRIPTION:Learn to tie your very own flies before spring fly fishing starts!\n\n\n\nDFTU fly-tying mentors will be teaching this beginner fly-tying course. Membership in PSA or TU is NOT required.  \n\n\n\n\nClass will run for six consecutive Mondays\, from 6:00PM to 8:00PM in the Palmyra Sportsman Association.\n\n\n\nBring your own vise and tools; or you may purchase a complete tool kit for $65 that will be available at the first class. The kit will include everything you need for the class and for tying at home.\n\n\n\nMaterials for each pattern will be provided.\n\n\n\n\nStudents must be 16 years of age or older. Eligible students will be accepted on a first-paid basis.
